Civil/Commercial Litigation (Lawsuits)/Use of Attorney Business Card

Question
Is it typical or even legal for an attorney client to use the attorney's business card as a scare tactic in trying to get information out of someone?

Answer
I'm not sure what type of scare tactic you are referring to. I routinely give my card to clients and ask them to ask people, e.g., witnesses, to get in touch with me if I need to get information. However, what my clients do with my card when I'm not around is out of my control.
