If is turns out that the groom was involved with another woman before and after the wedding and then wants a divorce 1 month after the wedding, can the parents of the bride sue for the cost of the wedding since he entered into it under fraudulent terms.

No.  There used to be causes of action for such issues but, all jurisdictions have abolished them.
