My B/friends ex lives in CA and we live in NH. She prints out flyers she has made and sends them to our neighbors, these flyers have all sorts of derogatory remarks about her ex husband , (my B/friend) and are quite embarrassing. Now yesterday flyers arrived in the community where she states my full name, calls me a pathological liar, mentions my 2 sons and then has a porn website picture on the flyer and says I am on this website. The police do nothing.Is there anything we can do ? My b/friend has a restraining order on her prohibiting her from distributing such flyers but it all goes ignored. She actually uses my b/friends mothers address as a return address in MASS but postmark of course still says CA.

You should consult with a NH attorney about whether the NH courts can give you any help. Otherwise, you may need to contact an attorney in CA.
