Question
I had braces 20 years ago and now I realize that those braces tainted my teeth gray. I thought it was due to a medicine I recieved long ago but after visiting many dentists they all say the same thing. Do I have the legal right to demand recompense from that orthodontist? thanks
I doubt that you have a claim after all this time. However, I would suggest that you consult with a local attorney to see what your state's statute of limitations is. Also, you may want to post your question at www.lawguru.com where it will be directed to attorneys in your state.
