I read about a case where the girl claimed the new roomate let other people move in and it drove her out of the house.  This is pretty much what happened to me and the Judge did let her get off the lease due to this fact.  Do you think it is possible for me?

What I posted earlier is the law in GA. If you are in another state, I don't know the law of that state, since I only practice in GA. Maybe there is some provision in your state law that I am not aware of. You might try calling a local attorney for a phone consultation. Sorry I can't help more.
