im not sure if u can help me, if not maybe u can point me in the right direction.. i became ill in may of this year, i got behind on my car payments  the company has been calling and demanding full payment of 3 months they refuse to try to wurk with me and take any type of payment except tje full amont of back payments. i have not been able to return to work and im barly making it now.  my question is can they refuse making arrangement to clear this up?  im willing to make payment of 30.00 extra a month until caught up.  when i suggest this i was told to get a job and stop beeing a dead beat.

I'm afraid there is no legal help for you, except you might consider consulting with a bankruptcy attorney in your area. Illness or any other personal problems are not a legal excuse for not honoring contractual obligations. Other than that, the only thing you can do is try to get a loan from friends/family/church to tide you over.
