Take Him To Court?

Answer
You are kind of in the situation of my female divorce clients who find out their ex is cheating on his taxes. Sure, she can report him and maybe get him put in jail. But there goes her ability to collect child support and/or alimony. In your situation, I would opt for suing him in civil court and hope and pray that he does not go to jail or get deported before I can collect.
