Is there anything we can do?

Answer
You should look into having someone appointed as her guardian. Check with the Probate Court in the county of her residence for more details. As to losing her home, you should contact a bankruptcy attorney. If she lives in the Gwinnett area (or surrounding counties), I can discuss the guardianship issue with you. As to a bankruptcy attorney, I can give you a referral.
