Question
hello there charles.

My wife and i had signed up with a company that offered photographic film developing services. called Tomorrows treasures. after we had signed an agreement for membership they also told us we would receive a free camera and a leather bound photo album. we never got it. when contacted we told them we never got our products. they told us it was sent. we asked them where it was sent because it never reached us. they said it was sent to Tuscaloosa road. they never gave the address they just said "it was sent to tuscaloosa road. there is a tuscaloosa road in our city. however we dont  live on it. my wife then told them. we do not want your service/membership because of the way things have been handled. its not worth the trouble. every time we call to clear this up we are talked to very rudely. my wife has asked to talk to someone higher up like a supervisor, but the lady refused to let us talk to anyone but her.they have now threatened to take legal action. I will gladly fight them on this. i don't think all of this was handled in the right manner.  what do you think. is there anything i need to say to them in a reply letter to let them know i will not be run over or bullied?

thank you for your time. i hope i explained things well for you.

Answer
I think at this point I don't think you need to worry about a letter. I would advise you to consult with a local attorney who can review all the documents to evaluate your case, with an eye toward both defending any legal action the company takes and toward initiating legal action of your own.
