QuestionDo you have any idea how to find out about this law in Arkansas, is it likely that I could find someone to take such a case? Any chance of actually winning it. Or would I need a Lawyer?

I have recently built a new home, and purchased my cabinets from Lowe's. The process started in November we ordered them in December they were delivered in Jan. They were horrible ugly and wrong, I can't describe how bad they were. To keep this short I will just say that they tried to make it right they reordered them. I had to move into my home without a kitchen. Eat out almost all the time buy paper plates, and wash dishes at my mothers house. After over a month they delivered my second set of cabinets and left one cabinet of my order, they didn't send all the end pieces, they ordered one wrong and really messed up my countertops. I am so tired of this cabinet process. My question is do I have any kind of case against Lowe's.

If you can put a dollar amount on your various complaints, and if the total is less than $15,000.00, in GA, you can file a small claims court case against them.
AnswerI don't have any referrals in AK, nor do I know the law there. You might try posting your question at www.lawguru.com where it will be referred to AK lawyers. You may not need a lawyer but I would suggest that you seek a consultation with one anyway. Oftentimes, attorneys offer free initial consultations.
