Question
dear sir!
I am aware this might not be your main expertise, so if that is the case I hope you could be so kind to forward it to the expert on the subject in your web site. I am doing a research on official misconduct & I ran into the term "whistleblowing". I wander if you (or any assosiate) would ellaborate on the term.
thank you so much.

Answer
Whistleblowing refers to a situation where (usually) a lower level employee learns of wrongdoing by higher-ups in the company and "blows the whistle", i.e., turns them in. These laws can vary from state to state. You might post your question at www.lawguru.com where it will be directed to attorneys in your state.
