I was thrown out of my home by my already ex. I moved back in with him to give it another try, unfortunately, we failed. My question...how long is it until personal property of mine is considered abandoned? He will not return my things and I am preparing to take him to small claims court. I left the residence November 1, 2006. thank you. karyn
