Question
how we can design the grade for mobile racks of heavy load for industrial building, it would be treadted as non structural member or structural member. pl give me answer as early as possible.

Hi Chandan,

This would be considered a structural slab on grade, and the design needs to take account of the compaction and nature of the sub-grade and sub-base. Normally heavily loaded indcutrial floors would be between 200-300mm thick. The following article gives further info:
