Question
what is RCC structure in civil Engg.

Answer
Hello De Krishna,

R.C.C also known as Reinforced Cement Concrete can be designed in various ways. To improve the load carrying capacity of the concrete they reinforce it with steel bars of varying diameters in an appropriate manner. This concrete is then known as Reinforced Concrete and the steel bars act as the reinforcement. These bars are placed in various locations with the required number and diameter in order to resist internal forces which are created from loads acting upon the structure.

Hope that answers your question.

Warm Regards,
Jeanette
