My further question is that, for tall building is it correct if I design the flat slab by SAFE (with vertical load only) and then design the columns & shearwalls by ETAB with 3D model (vertical & horizontal load)?

Hi Nguyun,

Yes, your approach can work so long as you do not intend the slabs to be fully-fixed to the core walls and shear walls (i.e. no or little moment transfer). If you do require fixity, then the slabs need to be designed for the additional moments induced by the lateral sway/rotation of the frames and walls caused by lateral loading.
