Expert: Arshad Khan - 11/2/2009
Question Good day sir,
Please how do i assess a new house for soundness of Civil, structural, electrical, health and safety, and security conditions. Tell me the steps to follow.
Thanks
Answer Hi Idahor,
You really need to consult an estate agent/surveyor for a detailed list, but these websites should assist. As far as structure is concerned, you need to check for any cracks, settlement, rot in timer, etc.
