Question what are some advantages and disadvantages of a civil engineer?
Answer Hi William,
I presume you enquire about a career in civil engineering?
If so, the advantages are that you will learn a lot of different aspects of engineering and have great travel opportunities as this career can take you all over the world. The other advantage is that you can take pride from seeing the results of your analysis and design as physical objects (buildigs, bridges, etc) which will last for decades if not centuries.
The disadvantage is that it is not as high paying as other professions such as doctors, lawyers, etc, es[ecially in the early years of your career.
