My name is Andrea Viteri and I am currently working on a project with Engineers without Borders (EWB) at the University of Minnesota, USA. We are in charge of building a water tower and we are interested to know if you perhaps know the windloads that apply to Uganda.

Hi Andrea,

This really depends on location within Uganda, but in anycase I do not have the info to hand. In Kenya (Nairobi), I used 32.6 m/sec (3 second gust speed), if that helps.
