Civil Engineering/honeycombs in concrete

Question
we are doing post tensioning for a slab.After concreting the slab we realise there are honeycombs at the place where we are suppose to stress the strands. WE have hacked the whole area measuring 1 metre by 1 metre. My question is the method to patch back the hacked area.

Hi Chelvan,

You can repair this by ensuring all loose aggregate is removed and then using a bonding agent such as produced by SIKA, in oreder to apply the mortar- check this site for more details:

Th repair must be done and cured fully before applying any post-tensioning.
