if i get a sand bulk-age is minimum or maximum from specified limit what is the further action in change in volume of mix design? please guide me.

Hi Ibrahim,

The best way to avoid problems with bulkage is to do weight-batching rather than volume batching. If that is not possible, then you need to increase the volume of the sand (between 20-40%, depending on how fine the sand is) to compensate for bulking and also reduce the water so as to maintain the correct W/C ratio.
