Respected sir

i want to ask the procedure of roof waterproofing and wet areas waterproofing.
and what is the solution if the waterproofing of roof or wet areas fails,after the structure has been finished.
i would be thankful if you tell me the procedure carried out in gulf.

Hi Ameen,

These two areas are similarly waterproofed by using either bitumen or rubber linings, and then protected against foot traffic by use of either tiles or pavement slabs. If the lining fails, the proper manner for repairing is to remove the protective layers and damaged lining and re-apply fresh lining or patches to the lining if the damage is limited. Then the protective tiles/slabs can be replaced.
