I NEED TO DESIGN A H-BEAM TO CARYY A LOAD OF 1.5TONS SIMPLY SUPPORTED ON BOTH THE ENDS AND SPAN IS ABUT 5.2MTS.
KINDLY SEND ME A SUTIBLE SECTION OF SIZE AND THICKNESS OF OF FLANGE AND WIDTH.

Due to liability reasons I do not do actual designs over this form, but just give advice. You have not indicated whether the load is single point load or UDL and what the deflection criteria is. I suggest you use the tables in the Blue Book at this website to find a suitable section:
