Asalom o alikum Sir,
                   What is the requirement for going shallow footing towards pile footing.

Answer
Hi Saeed,

I am not quite sure I have understood your question, but the decision as to whether to use shallow footing as opposed to piles is mainly to do with the quality of the strata/ground near the surface. If it is weak or loosly compacted, then you need to transfer the load further down, which is what piles do.
