Hi Sirisha,

Based on the info provided, even if there was no eccentricity, the UDL pressure works out at 370 kN/m2 which is already higher than the SBC. Therefore the base needs to be increased in size, especially towards the left side- so make it a trapazoidal shape, maybe 4.5m on left side and 3.5m on right side- you will need to try a few sizes to see which works out best.
