can u explain me steel onstruction and pre cast construction technology

Hi Zeeshan,

This is a wide ranging question and you really need to read some books or browse on Google to get more details. But essentially, steelwork buildings are designed and made from factory made steel sections (H-columns or I-beam or C-channels, or L-angles) and precast concrete construction is fabricated from factory or site-cast RC members such as portal frames or floor slabs or beams or columns. The main difference between insitu RC and precast RC construction is the detailing of the joints between the various precast members.

The same applies to steel construction- the joints need to specially designed and detailed.
