Question
Sir,

I am Mohd Talha Khan from India and I have done B.Tech in civil engineering.
I need a guidance about the field of Building Engineering and Management and Transportation planning. I am looking forward to pursue masters in any one of these fields. Please guide me as I have asked to many of the teachers they all told me go for the field which you like but I never liked civil engineering and now I am a civil engineer so I just want to choose a field in which I can earn money and I am not very comfortable in working on site. So throw some light on the nature of job and it's scope.

Regards
Talha Khan

Answer
Hi Talha,

If you do not like civil enginering then I would not recommend Building Engineering for you as this is an extension of civil engineering, although you can make good money from it!

Therefore, I suggest you pursue the other field of management/transport planning, but do speak to people already in this field to ensure that you will make an informed and correct decision.
