sir,
   for designing stepped square footing for column drop panel i require axial load on to the column,so please send me information regarding the load transfer from slab to column drop panel and then from drop panel to column please respond

Hi Kireeti,

You need to work out the dead and live loads reaching the edges of the drop panel, (on all 4 sides), then the total of these will be supported by the column. The only additional axial load will the the extra dead weight of the drop panel, plus live load over the area of the drop panel.

Of course you also need to cater for shear and moments into the column from both directions- that depends on your spans, relative stiffnesses, etc.
