Civil Engineering/Master's Thesis Suggestion

I'm currently in what I believe my last year of my Master's program. I'm having a hard time deciding my Thesis abstract let alone the thesis. I'm currently taking half load in a General Engineering Master's program with classes geared towards Civil Engineering. My strong points are in Structural and Construction. I originally thought about writing my thesis on Constructability in Rail for small cities. But soon fell out of desire in this subject. I believe that I could tie Earthquake, Construction Engineering and management into a good Master Thesis, but I need a little help.

Dear Sedrick

Preliminary I suggest you to follow these ideas:

1- Probabilistic project control
2- using visco elastic materials in buildings to increase building damping under earthquake effects.

Please have interaction with me to let me help you.
