I am building a bridge for a physics class and was wondering what the strongest type of bridge would be for this situation and how to best go about constructing it.

Hi Ben,

You have a very interesting project. The different types of bridges are
suited for different spans. Beam type is for short spans, arch type for
medium spans and suspension for long spans.
