Question
There is tank made of stone masonary and platered all inside and the tank is now damged in EQ and now water leaks from it...I suggested that if we do its plaster inside only it will get ok and water wont leak out. what do u say? thank u

Answer
Hi Adnan,

I presume this is a circular tank and that the main structure is not damaged or badly cracked? If these two conditions are true then yes your idea of applying a waterproof layer of plaster on the inside surface should do the trick!
