Question
I have a masters in Civil Engieering construction management from the university of texas austin and want to either work in south africa or angola.  what would be a reasonable expectation of salary? In the u.s it is around 57K but I have no idea in africa.  I also speak portuguese so angola wouldnt be a problem but an asset.  Thank you

You have not mentioned how many years experience you have as salaries and openings depend on that.
