How Dynamic Effect of Wind Load taken in to consideration in Tall Buildings ?

Hi Aiyub,

For tall buildings, there are approximate formulae to calculate the dynamic loading, but generally it is done by means of wind tunnel testing of small scale models, including the buildings around the one being designed.

This then gives a set of pressures/forces which take the dynamic effects (including the natural frequency of the proposed building) into account and these forces can be used for the analysis and design of the building stucture and the cladding.
