I'm really thankful to the great job you are doing to civils and my quesition is that what's your advise to those who just finish CE college ..
I want to extend my knowledge in civil engineering , I 'm facing trouble getting expereince from my current job and I would like you to give me some benefecil website so I can improve myself ..

Thank you for your words of encouragement!

I would suggest you try and get some site experience before you go too far into a design office career. Anyway, there are lots of very useful websites to develop your knowledge. The first two below are good- the second one has some very useful spreadsheets.
