What did you begin as? TRAINEE GRADUATE ENGINEER
Then what where you promoted to and what else could you get  promoted? SENIOR ENGINEER, PRINCIPAL ENGINEER, TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS. NEXT WOULD BE MANAGING DIRECTOR OR PARTNER.
What is the experience required?
What high school subjects should I take and any other subjects? MATHS, SCIENCE, PHYSICS, ENGLISH
What hobbies could be of value? ART, MODEL MAKING, WOODWORK, METALWORK
