Dear Sir,
Labor productivity is different in different regions. As I'm not working in the UAE, I'm not in a position to help!
You can always however get a "crude" estimates for such activities from the local labors. The logic behind using the term "crude" stems from the fact that unless such rates are scientifically collected, screened, and filtered, e.g. discounting delays, i.e. interruption and/or disruption, may or may not conform to actual productivity indices!
