QUESTION: the whole consideration for design mat foundation for tall building
ANSWER: Dear Farhana,

Your question is not quite detailed enough for me to respond properly, but if you are asking about the principles, then basically you need the full ground investigation and then do a soil-structure interaction analysis that takes into account the relative stiffness of the building and of the gound. Then based on that you will get a deflected shape of the matt and the stresses for which you can work out the reinforcement.
