Question
sir,
How to repair/strengthen a isolated footing laid with M15 grade concrete instead of M20 grade concrete. The dimensions and reinforcement are provided correctly.

Answer
Hello Kapil,

If the dimension and reinforcement is provided correctly it can theoretically take the the loading. Only questions remain on the durability of the footing. More information about the soil conditions is required for that. If the soil condition is too bad you need to have a protective coating on the foundation. Check also the base course of the footing. The base should be prepared well and here should be some gravel there underneath.

I suppose it need more site specific information to exactly answer you question.
