Question I'm a GS-2181-13, Flight Training Instructor. I'm considering a transfer within the technician service outside of the DoD. I'm essentially an F-16 Instructor Pilot. How do I broaden my experience to make me more competitive for other GS-13+ jobs?
Answer Good morning Terrance - It is difficult to answer without having a look at your resume and determining what skills and abilities you currently possess. Perhaps you can email me a copy of your resume and I would be more than happy to take a look and then give you an educated response. Thanks, Tracey
