Question First let me share with you that i am a full time student but am looking for a job that will be rewarding. Aren't we all?
I love to travel and would like a job that allows me to do so, any suggestion?
Do you offer any student assistant positions?
Answer Hi Cecilia,
I tell anyone that wants a Federal Government position that involves traveling to take a look at the U.S. State Department. www.state.gov
Depending on the position, you can travel all over the world working in U.S. Embassies, and other sites where the U.S. State Department has a presence.
As far as student assistance positions that allow travel....you will not find them. Those are for full time employees.
However, take a look at the various agency sites and they at times have openings for Students to work part time while attending school or during the summer. Go to www.usajobs.opm.gov and search for openings for Students or Summer Employment.
