Question MR. GOODRICH,
I was wondering if you had any information about what it takes to become a gamewarden. Such as what degrees are needed and how much college education if so is needed. I would greatly appreciate any information you can give me.
Thank you
Jason Scott
Answer Hi Jason,
You may want to consider a course of study in Wildlife Management. I know in the state of Texas, game warden positions are HIGHLY sought after and competition is tough.
There are Federal Game Wardens and you might want to check out www.usda.gov. There should be a link to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
