Question
hi brad, i am looking for some direction in selling a 1963 chev impala w/ 32,000 original miles...it has been garaged, and not driven, @ my house for 23 out of the last 25 yrs...the last 2 i hv had it outside because i needed the garage space...i know that the engine is seized but that is about the extent of my knowledge of the car...any & all help would greatly be appreciated.       thanks, billy

Answer
The first thing that I would suggest is to find some one in your area knowledgeable about old cars and get some sort of appraisal. The car could be a rare beast worth a few bucks or a ho hum 6 cylinder 4 door worth less. Then decide on the advertising that you want to do. Local want ads some times work or specialty books like Hemmings Motor News published out of Bennington Vermont or www.hemmings.com. But before you let it go make sure you know what the value range is.
