Hi Brad   I can't get my horn to blow---It has all new parts inside the steering wheel   Ypu can get it to blow at the horn relay switch--It seems that it has no fire up to horn switch--what do I need to do     Phil

Answer
The control wire from the relay goes up though the steering column and the horn switch in the column then ground the control wire when the horn button is pushed. You need to make sure that it is a good circuit to ground from the steering column.
