Question
just had motor rebuilt ford 302 90s engine installed engine used teflon tape and locktight on flywheel bolts new rear seal now the car drips oil .without removing engine or trans how would I stop leak?

Answer
I'm sorry, but I don't know anything about that engine.  If you can drop the pan, you should be aboe to get at ti.  They must have done something wrong and should fix it for you.  I would not pull the engine.
Sorry I can't help, but I know Model A's, not the modern stuff.
Good luck
