Question
is there any way to remove an oilpan from a 1970 dodge dart 6 cylinder i work out of my house garge looking for the easy way but willing to work hard at it

Answer
There is no easy way to remove the oil pan on a six cylinder engine.  We almost always lifted the engine out of the chassis to do this job. As the engine is a slat engine and sits unbalanced in the chassis it is a project to jack it high enough for the pan to be removed as it tends to tilt more sideways. Once the engine is out then you can get a clear shot at anything else that needs to be done.
