Question
How do you remove the windshield wiper arms?

Answer
If the old gray matter serves me well it just slides down over the spline of the wiper transmission (pivot). You might need to help it a little with a screw driver and plenty of rags to prevent paint damage. Of course you need to remove the spring tension by just holding the arm away from the glass.
