Classic/Antique Car Repair/1960 Chrysler brakes

Question
My '60 Chrysler with power brakes, has a problem with the  left front brake locking up.  I have bled the system and found the brake fluid contaminated, (dirty).  This did not help.  The car had a brake job back in the mid 90's and probably has not been drive 1000 miles in that time.  Any suggestions?

Answer
You might want to check the other side and make sure that the wheel cylinder is working and that fluid is not leaking on either lining. This means taking off the wheels and drums. for a visual inspection. It could be a defective flex line that is not letting fluid return to the master cylinder.
