Question
I have a 1939 Packard 120. The engine sat outside for 54 years no head or pan on it. anything can be rebuilt. I have access to 52 Packard 327 that can easily be rebuilt. What engines will fit in the 39 120 without any modifications?

Thanks

Answer
I have no idea.  I know model A's, not packards.  Find yourself a packard car club and ask them.  If the bell hsg's look the same, that other engine might fit.  Why not just find the right engine that goes with the car???  It's out there, but you have to find it.
sorry I can't help you.  Good luck
