Question
1954 Packard Clipper (timing,point gap,dwell,distributor advance,sparkplug gap).

Answer
I know that stuff for the Model A, but I can't help you on your Packard.  Find a Packard car club and ask them.  You should be able to find one on the net.  If you are around Detroit Mich next week, ask the man who owns one.  There will be a lot there for the dream cruise.  The point gap must be around 0.17-.020 in., and the plug gap can't be far from 0.35.  You can start there and not be far off.  Can't even guess about the timing or the advance.  Sorry.
Good luck.
