Question
How do I remove the headlight switch. I've unscrewed it from the knob but the knob isn't coming off.

Answer
I'm sorry, but I am a Model A guy and don't know much about your car.  If there is no set screw, then look for a spring clip that has to be released to get the knob off.  I don't think it will just unscrew.
Sorry.
Find a chevy club on the net and ask them.
