Question
How do i remove a 1930 model A gas tank for cleaning and coating by a radiator shop? Thanks for your help.

Answer
Dean, this is a big job and I suggest you first get the "Model A mechanics handbook"  About $35 from MARC or any of the A parts suppliers.  The red book, not the green one.  It has detailed instructions to remove it.  It is way too much for me to put in this note.  You have to remove the dash rail, cowl panels, windshield pillars, everything that attaches to the tank, so on.  Best to get the bopok and follow it.  We all have this book and use it all the time.
Good luck
